- Lead and manage the store sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee brand engagement activities to maximize store potential and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Manage floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, and customer service operations.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, and report to headquarters.
- Monitor local business environment and competitors.
- Support the store in achieving specific qualitative and quantitative goals, leading team leaders effectively.
- Update store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve them.

- Motivate and challenge the store team daily, preparing team and individual activities.
- Manage staff issues in collaboration with department managers and team leaders.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent, providing clear objectives and consistent feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining and enhancing brand culture internally and externally.
- Supervise clienteling activities in line with headquarters guidelines and ensure a consistent Balenciaga signature experience.
- Manage client satisfaction and engagement, overseeing sales activities to maintain Balenciaga's qualitative standards.
- Follow up on CEE and NPS scores, taking action based on results.
- Develop clienteling mindset to enhance customer loyalty and retention from new clients to VICs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal regulations, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with sales potential.
- Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to act in accordance with the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
