1. Manage a retail sales team and oversee daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaints handling.
2. Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide exemplary customer service and achieve sales targets.
3. Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with Balenciaga's standards and requirements.
4. Attract, develop, and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and a culture of feedback.
5. Build and maintain a customer database, nurturing relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.

1. Prior experience in retail and customer service industries with a focus on people and store operation management.

4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
