1. Oversee store sales management, including business reporting, procedure adherence, and till supervision.
2. Lead and coach the sales team through individual and group sessions, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment with goals.
3. Expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients, maintaining CRM systems, and resolving disputes.
4. Manage personnel, including scheduling, uniform distribution, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees.
5. Ensure compliance with the Retail Excellence program and propose improvements and action plans.
6. Present collections in line with the Merchandising policy and analyze sales and budget indicators.
7. Participate in inventory procedures and manage stock levels, including restocking and repairs.
8. Oversee after-sales service and manage the store's operational aspects.

1. Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio and familiarity with local clientele.
3. Fluency in English and French, with an additional language being advantageous.

2. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
3. Proficiency in IT tools and a strong sense of fashion and product knowledge.

Extensive experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and customer relations.
