1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, setting up constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Identify opportunities for growth and execute actions accordingly.
5. Communicate relevant feedback and report to headquarters and store team.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with the Head of Retail and HR.
8. Ensure professional growth of the store team through training and coaching.
9. Motivate and challenge store management and teams regularly.
10. Embody Balenciaga's brand values and promote the culture internally and externally.
11. Ensure the store image aligns with corporate standards and guidelines.
12. Lead by example in client interactions, fostering client loyalty and retention.
13. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
14. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies.
15. Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and efficiency.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven ability to manage a team of at least 10 people.
