- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring constant assessments and adjustments.
- Understand and monitor local market trends and competition, integrating insights into the store action plan.
- Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and the store team.
- Oversee payroll reporting and manage the monthly store schedule to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Identify, attract, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
- Promote the Balenciaga brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experiences and store image.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and process improvements.
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
