1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Analyze sales results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring constant assessments and adjustments.
3. Understand and monitor local market trends and competition, integrating insights into the store action plan.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and the store team.
5. Oversee payroll reporting and manage the monthly store schedule to meet business needs.

7. Identify, attract, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.

10. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and process improvements.
