1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, market trends, and competition.
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values.
5. Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with HR.
6. Ensure the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are consistently executed.
7. Oversee compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines.
8. Supervise inventory activities and ensure alignment with sales potential.
9. Maintain cost-consciousness in all store operations and initiatives.

1. 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 people.
3. Strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
4. High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.

3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, managing a team of at least 20 people.
