- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct ongoing assessments.
- Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute corresponding actions.
- Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
- Oversee weekly payroll and complete monthly store scheduling.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
- Provide structured feedback and conduct individual appraisal interviews biannually.
- Act as a Balenciaga ambassador, promoting brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure store image and client experience align with corporate standards.
- Supervise compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cost-consciousness in expense decisions to protect the company's bottom line.
- Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.
- Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.

- 3 to 5 years of successful managerial experience in luxury retail, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
