1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results and set up constant assessments to ensure goals are met.

4. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
5. Promote brand engagement and loyalty among clients, particularly VICs and VVICs.
6. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and internal guidelines.
7. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and payroll processing.
8. Maintain the store's image in line with corporate standards and ensure team adherence to brand values.

1. 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 individuals.
