1. Develop and execute the store's action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

3. Cultivate and expand the client portfolio, focusing on high-value clients (VICs and VVICs).
4. Ensure compliance with corporate processes and guidelines, maintaining the store's image in line with brand standards.
5. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and merchandising in accordance with company policies.
6. Provide regular feedback and reports to headquarters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
7. Manage administrative and accounting responsibilities, ensuring operational efficiency.
8. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering professional growth through training and coaching.

1. Significant experience in managing a luxury retail store and leading a team.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key performance indicators.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and clienteling strategies.

5 to 10 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
