1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, setting up continuous assessments.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store teams.
5. Oversee and ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting for the store team.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in partnership with the Head of Retail and HR.
8. Ensure the store image aligns with corporate standards and guidelines.
9. Lead by example, embodying Balenciaga's brand values and engaging clients.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines.
11. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies immediately.

1. 5 to 10 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proficiency in both French and English languages.
3. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to local and international clients.
