1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results and conduct regular assessments to ensure goals are met.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.

5. Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
6. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
7. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and internal process requirements.
8. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and payroll processing.
