- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct ongoing assessments to ensure targets are met.
- Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition, integrating insights into the store action plan.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, consistent with Balenciaga's values, and provide clear vision and goals for the team.
- Identify, attract, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally, and ensuring consistent client experiences.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements, managing all administrative and accounting responsibilities.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, ensuring alignment with sales potential and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a cost-conscious approach, protecting the company's bottom line while suggesting initiatives and making expense decisions.
- 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.

3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position in the luxury retail industry.
