1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct regular assessments.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
5. Oversee weekly payroll and complete monthly store schedules.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Balenciaga's values.
7. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with HR.
8. Ensure the Balenciaga client experience is consistently executed.
9. Lead by example in promoting Balenciaga's brand values to clients.
10. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and internal guidelines.
11. Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.
12. Maintain a cost-conscious approach to store operations.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful managerial experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven ability to lead a team of at least 20 people.
