1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
5. Oversee and ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting for the store team.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with HR.
8. Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching.
9. Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
11. Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies immediately.
12. Maintain a cost-conscious approach to protect the company's bottom line.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position in the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 people.
