Balenciaga Store Director

- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct regular assessments.
- Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
- Oversee and ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting for the store team.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in partnership with HR.
- Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching and structured feedback.
- Promote the Balenciaga brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experience.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cost-consciousness in expense decisions to protect the company's bottom line.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 people.
