1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct regular assessments.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
5. Oversee and ensure accurate weekly payroll reporting for the store team.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in partnership with HR.
8. Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching and structured feedback.
9. Promote the Balenciaga brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experience.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
11. Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.
12. Maintain cost-consciousness in expense decisions to protect the company's bottom line.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 people.
