- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing constant assessments and adjustments.
- Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition, and integrate insights into the store action plan.
- Identify opportunities for growth and execute corresponding actions.
- Communicate relevant feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with the Head of Retail and HR.
- Create development plans for store management and teams, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
- Motivate and challenge store management and teams regularly, organizing team-building activities.
- Promote Balenciaga's brand culture internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experience and store image.
- Lead by example in client engagement and develop client loyalty and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies.
- Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, managing a minimum of 10 people.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
3 to 5 years in a managerial role in luxury retail, overseeing a team of at least 10 individuals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
