1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing constant assessments and adjustments.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition, and integrate insights into the store action plan.
4. Identify opportunities for growth and execute corresponding actions.
5. Communicate relevant feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
6. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with the Head of Retail and HR.
7. Create development plans for store management and teams, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
8. Motivate and challenge store management and teams regularly, organizing team-building activities.
9. Promote Balenciaga's brand culture internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experience and store image.
10. Lead by example in client engagement and develop client loyalty and retention strategies.
11. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines.
12. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies.
13. Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, managing a minimum of 10 people.

3 to 5 years in a managerial role in luxury retail, overseeing a team of at least 10 individuals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
