1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in partnership with the Head of Retail and HR.
6. Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal guidelines.
8. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies immediately.
9. Maintain store schedules and ensure accurate payroll processing.

1. 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 20 people.
