1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze sales results and set up constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to headquarters and store team.
5. Oversee weekly payroll and complete monthly store schedules.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
7. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in partnership with the Head of Retail and HR.
8. Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching and development plans.
9. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
10. Ensure store image and client experience align with corporate standards.
11. Oversee compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
12. Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies.
13. Maintain a cost-conscious approach to protect the company's bottom line.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $80,000 USD to $90,000 USD.
