1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Analyze results daily, weekly, and monthly, setting up constant assessments.
3. Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
5. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
6. Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
8. Supervise inventory activities and report discrepancies immediately.
9. Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.

1. 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, managing a team of at least 20 people.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000 USD to $145,000 USD.
