1. Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Analyze business results daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring continuous assessment and adaptation of strategies.
3. Understand and monitor local market trends and competition, integrating insights into the store action plan.
4. Identify growth opportunities and implement corresponding actions.
5. Communicate feedback and reports to headquarters and store teams.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Balenciaga's values.
7. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
8. Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching and regular feedback.
9. Promote Balenciaga's brand culture internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experiences.
10. Manage store processes, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and internal guidelines.
11. Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies and ensuring alignment with sales potential.

1. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 10 people.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
4. Proficiency in managing retail operations and processes.
5. Client-focused with a strong understanding of luxury brand standards.

3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 10 people.
