- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze business results daily, weekly, and monthly, ensuring continuous assessment and adaptation of strategies.
- Understand and monitor local market trends and competition, integrating insights into the store action plan.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement corresponding actions.
- Communicate feedback and reports to headquarters and store teams.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Balenciaga's values.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
- Ensure professional growth and training of the store team through coaching and regular feedback.
- Promote Balenciaga's brand culture internally and externally, ensuring consistent client experiences.
- Manage store processes, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and internal guidelines.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting discrepancies and ensuring alignment with sales potential.
- 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 10 people.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in managing retail operations and processes.
- Client-focused with a strong understanding of luxury brand standards.
3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, overseeing a team of at least 10 people.
