Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze sales results and set up constant assessments.
- Understand and monitor local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga behaviors.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
- Behave as a Balenciaga Ambassador and promote the brand culture.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock.
