1. Oversee adherence to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
2. Efficiently manage daily shipping and receiving operations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
4. Receive and process merchandise.
5. Conduct monthly store reconciliations.
6. Collaborate with CSR functions for repair management and ensure timely handling of repairs.
7. Perform cycle counts and address inventory negatives to prevent discrepancies.
8. Maintain and organize the Head of House (HOH) to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
9. Prepare and organize annual inventory in line with Kering guidelines.
10. Ensure cost management aligns with budgetary constraints.
11. Maintain adequate supplies for shipping, stationary, and packaging needs.
12. Execute opening and closing procedures as per Balenciaga and Kering standards.
13. Coordinate with corporate teams for store maintenance and updates.
14. Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
15. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.

1. 6+ years of operational experience in luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Commercial awareness and business acumen.
7. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of six years in operational roles within the luxury retail sector is required, demonstrating a proven ability to drive results and manage inventory effectively.
