Balenciaga Stock Manager

- Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
- Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles and responsibilities efficiently.
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and receive merchandise.
- Complete monthly store reconciliation.
- Partner closely on repair management and handle repairs in a timely manner.
- Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize the stockroom to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
- Prepare and organize annual inventory according to Kering guidelines.
- Ensure costs are aligned with budget and manage supplies.
- Perform opening and closing procedures according to Balenciaga and Kering Guidelines.
- Coordinate store maintenance and updates with the corporate team.
- Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management.
- 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing, and JDA.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
