1. Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
2. Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles and responsibilities efficiently.
3. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and receive merchandise.
4. Complete monthly store reconciliation.
5. Partner closely on repair management and handle repairs in a timely manner.
6. Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory to resolve discrepancies.
7. Maintain and organize the stockroom to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
8. Prepare and organize annual inventory according to Kering guidelines.
9. Ensure costs are aligned with budget and manage supplies.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures according to Balenciaga and Kering Guidelines.
11. Coordinate store maintenance and updates with the corporate team.
12. Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
13. Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management.

1. 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing, and JDA.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
