1. Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
2. Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles efficiently.
3. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and receive merchandise.
4. Complete monthly store reconciliation.
5. Partner closely on repair management and handle repairs in a timely manner.
6. Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
7. Maintain and organize stockroom to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
8. Prepare and organize annual inventory in accordance with Kering guidelines.
9. Ensure costs align with budget and manage supplies efficiently.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures according to company guidelines.
11. Coordinate maintenance and store planning updates with the corporate team.
12. Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
13. Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management.

1. 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
5. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
6. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.

Candidates must have over six years of operational experience in luxury retail environments, with a proven track record of managing inventory and stockroom operations.
