Balenciaga Stock Manager

1. Oversee policies and procedures in alignment with Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
2. Efficiently manage daily shipping and receiving tasks.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
4. Receive and process merchandise accurately.
5. Complete monthly store reconciliation processes.
6. Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives on repair management.
7. Handle and ship out repairs promptly, ensuring timely follow-up.
8. Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory negatives to prevent discrepancies.
9. Maintain and organize the Head of House (HOH) to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
10. Prepare and organize annual inventory in accordance with Kering guidelines.
11. Ensure cost management aligns with budgetary constraints.
12. Maintain adequate supplies, ordering as necessary.
13. Perform opening and closing procedures as per Balenciaga and Kering standards.
14. Coordinate maintenance and store planning updates with the corporate team.
15. Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
16. Support sales floor operations as needed and undertake additional projects as directed by management.

1. 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Experience with JDA software.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.
7. Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.

A minimum of six years in operational roles within the luxury retail sector is required.

The hourly wage range for this position is estimated between $24.00 USD and $28.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
