Balenciaga Stock Manager

- Oversee policies and procedures in line with Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive and process merchandise accurately.
- Complete monthly store reconciliation tasks.
- Collaborate with CSR functions for repair management and handle repairs promptly.
- Conduct weekly shipment of repairs and follow up as necessary.
- Perform regular cycle counts and resolve inventory negatives to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize the Head of House (HOH) area to prevent loss prevention and sales issues.
- Prepare and organize annual inventory in accordance with Kering guidelines.
- Ensure cost management aligns with budgetary constraints.
- Maintain adequate supplies for shipping, stationary, and packaging needs.
- Execute opening and closing procedures as per Balenciaga and Kering standards.
- Coordinate with corporate teams for store maintenance and updates.
- Submit all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support the sales floor as needed and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
- 6+ years of operational experience in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with JDA software.
- Ability to react swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet targets.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
A minimum of six years in operational roles within the luxury retail sector is required, demonstrating a track record of driving results and managing inventory efficiently.
