1. Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
2. Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles and responsibilities efficiently.
3. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and receive merchandise.
4. Complete monthly store reconciliation.
5. Partner closely on repair management and handle repairs in a timely manner.
6. Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory to prevent discrepancies.
7. Ensure costs are aligned with budget and manage supplies.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures according to Balenciaga and Kering Guidelines.
9. Coordinate maintenance and store planning updates with the corporate team.
10. Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
11. Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management.

1. 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with proven ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
4. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
5. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail, with a proven ability to drive results and manage inventory effectively.
