Balenciaga Stock Manager

- Oversee all stock-related operational processes in alignment with corporate guidelines, including inventory control and loss prevention.
- Supervise stock organization and ensure timely placement of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Optimize warehouse management for efficient stocking of goods.
- Prepare and conduct annual inventory checks, addressing any discrepancies.
- Manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Handle all administrative procedures related to merchandise flow, including transfers and shipments.
- Ensure safety and protection of products and valuable materials in the stock area.
- Address loss prevention and safety issues, escalating concerns to management as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for the stock area in collaboration with headquarters.
- Lead and develop the stock team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- 4-5 years of experience in stock management.
- Proficiency in digital and IT tools, including MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability and a service-oriented mindset.
- Leadership and team management.
- Inventory management expertise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Candidates must have 4-5 years of experience in managing stock within a retail or luxury fashion environment.
