1. Oversee and manage all stock operations within the store.
2. Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
3. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
4. Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to optimize stock efficiency.
5. Prepare and analyze stock reports to inform management decisions.
6. Train and develop stock team members to enhance productivity and accuracy.

3. Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in stock management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
