- Achieve sales objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and consistent replenishment to meet sales targets.
- Foster a positive work environment and a team culture based on information sharing and best practices.
- Maintain behavior in line with service standards, brand image, and values.
- Promote the brand culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure the store's image aligns with company standards and Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring excellence in customer experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring the stockroom is organized and meets company standards.
- Manage weekly merchandise arrivals, pack goods for customer shipments and returns, verify stockroom inventory, conduct random monthly stock checks, and manage inventory.
- Previous experience as a stock controller.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility and collaborative spirit with resilience under stress.
- Commercial results orientation.
- Proficiency in digital skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Product sensitivity and a good understanding of market trends and fashion are advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar stock control role is required.
