1. Achieve sales objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.
2. Ensure adequate stock levels and consistent replenishment to meet sales targets.
3. Foster a positive work environment and a team culture based on information sharing and best practices.
4. Maintain behavior in line with service standards, brand image, and values.
5. Promote the brand culture both internally and externally.
6. Ensure the store's image aligns with company standards and Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring excellence in customer experience.
7. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring the stockroom is organized and meets company standards.
8. Manage weekly merchandise arrivals, pack goods for customer shipments and returns, verify stockroom inventory, conduct random monthly stock checks, and manage inventory.

1. Previous experience as a stock controller.
2. Attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

4. Fluent in English and Italian.
5. Product sensitivity and a good understanding of market trends and fashion are advantageous.

Previous experience in a similar stock control role is required.
