1. Receive and process deliveries of new stock and store supplies promptly.
2. Maintain stockroom organization according to Balenciaga standards.
3. Monitor and execute shop floor replenishment throughout the day.
4. Collaborate with store management and sales teams to enhance the presentation of best sellers and new collections.
5. Assist the Stock Manager and Store Manager with regular inventory counts.
6. Participate in loss-prevention and monitor stock discrepancies.
7. Facilitate product transfers by building strong relationships with other Balenciaga store teams.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferable skill set.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
3. Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong administrative and computer skills.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Appreciation for excellent customer service.
7. Fluency in English.
