1. Receive, verify, label, and store all incoming merchandise.
2. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of stock areas.
3. Manage all administrative procedures related to merchandise flow.
4. Prepare and pack products for shipment, handling all associated administrative tasks.
5. Organize and ship returned merchandise to the warehouse.
6. Support omnichannel processes.
7. Conduct monthly and annual inventory checks, addressing any discrepancies.
8. Ensure the safety and security of products and valuable materials in the store.
9. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements.
10. Address loss prevention and safety issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
