1. Efficiently receive and process deliveries of new stock and store supplies.
2. Maintain stockroom organization in accordance with Balenciaga standards.
3. Monitor and execute shop floor replenishment throughout the day.
4. Collaborate with store management and sales teams to highlight best sellers and new collections.
5. Assist the Stock Manager and Store Manager in conducting regular inventory counts.
6. Participate in loss-prevention efforts and monitor stock discrepancies.
7. Foster strong relationships with other Balenciaga store teams to facilitate product transfers.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong administrative and computer skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Appreciation for exceptional customer service.
7. Fluency in English.
