1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers and ensure they are processed correctly.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficiency, including checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
6. Collaborate with management and sales teams to maintain correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare and execute inventory management in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Complete monthly store reconciliation and manage negative on-hand inventory accurately and on time.
9. Assist in implementing visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
10. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
11. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards in presentation and functionality.
12. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to uphold store standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Familiarity with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
3. Ability to react quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
6. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.
7. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.

A minimum of 3 years of operational experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
