Balenciaga Stock Associate

- Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
- Process inter-store transfers with precision.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags and sales materials.
- Coordinate and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficient back stock management.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts to ensure accurate store inventory levels.
- Prepare and execute inventory processes in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
- Complete monthly store reconciliations and address negative on-hand discrepancies.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Communicate visual standards and updates to the team as directed by management.
- Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as required.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
- Manage maintenance and repair calls to uphold company standards.
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Processing.
- Familiarity with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.
- Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
