Stock Associate

1. Oversee shipping and receiving; ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Ensure inter-store transfers are processed correctly.
3. Maintain and replace inventory levels of all store supplies.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible.
6. Check in new merchandise and organize back stock.
7. Ensure correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
8. Prepare, implement, and execute inventory in partnership with management.
9. Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising.
10. Support the sales floor as needed.
11. Oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the store.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
7. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
