1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels for all store supplies, including shopping bags and sales receipts.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, facilitating efficient back stock management.
6. Conduct monthly cycle counts to maintain accurate store inventory levels.
7. Implement and execute inventory procedures in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
11. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to uphold store standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Familiarity with JDA software.
3. Ability to react swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
6. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.

A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
