1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies.
3. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
4. Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
5. Conduct inventory management and loss prevention activities, including monthly cycle counts and reconciliations.
6. Assist in the implementation of visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
7. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
8. Manage daily store maintenance and ensure the highest standards of presentation and functionality.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
7. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team.

A minimum of three years of operational experience in luxury retail is required, with a focus on inventory management and visual merchandising.
