- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Manage inter-store transfers to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
- Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Organize stock to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and collaborate with management to maintain correct inventory levels.
- Prepare and execute inventory processes in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of monthly store reconciliation and negative on-hand reports.
- Assist in implementing visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
- Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to uphold store standards.
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Talent for managing and developing a team.
A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
