- Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
- Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock efficiently.
- Partner with management and sales team to ensure correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
- Prepare and execute inventory management tasks in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
- Complete monthly store reconciliation and address negative on-hand discrepancies accurately and promptly.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed by management, adhering to company standards.
- Support the sales floor as needed and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards in presentation and functionality.
- Communicate needs for new fixtures, landscaping, and cleaning services.
- Ensure proper levels of supplies are maintained at all times.
- Oversee maintenance and repair calls to ensure quality meets company standards.
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
- Familiarity with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
- Ability to react quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
A minimum of three years of operational experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
