- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Manage inter-store transfers and ensure proper processing.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
- Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Organize stock to ensure accessibility and accommodate team needs.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and partner with management to maintain correct inventory levels.
- Implement and execute inventory management in partnership with Inventory Control.
- Complete monthly store reconciliation and manage negative on-hand inventory accurately and punctually.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Support sales floor operations and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
- Manage maintenance and repair calls to meet company standards.
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
- Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet business objectives.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management and team collaboration.
