1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers and ensure correct processing.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags and sales materials.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Organize stock to ensure accessibility and accommodate team needs.
6. Conduct monthly cycle counts and partner with management to maintain accurate inventory levels.
7. Implement and execute inventory control measures in partnership with management.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Support sales floor operations and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation.
11. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to uphold store standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Familiarity with JDA software.
3. Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Organizational skills and commercial awareness.
6. Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
7. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team.

A minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector is required.
