1. Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
2. Process inter-store transfers with precision.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags and sales receipts.
4. Manage the processing, shipping, and tracking of repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, facilitating efficient check-in of new merchandise.
6. Collaborate with management and sales teams to maintain correct inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Assist in the implementation of visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
8. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
9. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
10. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to uphold store standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills and commercial awareness.
5. Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.

A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
