1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Ensure accurate processing of inter-store transfers.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Organize stock to ensure accessibility and accommodate team needs.
6. Conduct monthly cycle counts and partner with management to maintain correct store inventory levels.
7. Prepare and execute inventory management in partnership with Inventory Control.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Ability to manage, coach, and develop a team.

A minimum of three years of operational experience in the luxury retail sector is required.
