- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
- Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to ensure correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
- Prepare and execute inventory processes in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
- Complete monthly store reconciliation and manage negative on-hand accurately and punctually.
- Assist in implementing visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
- Communicate company visual standards to the team as needed.
- Provide support to the sales floor and assist with additional projects as directed by management.
- Oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the store, maintaining high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
- Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to ensure quality meets company standards.
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
- Experience with JDA or similar systems.
- Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals.
- Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
- Proven ability to drive results.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.
A minimum of 3 years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector is required.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 USD to $23.00 USD, depending on various factors including skills, experience, and geographic location.
