1. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
6. Collaborate with management and sales teams to ensure correct store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare and execute inventory processes in partnership with management and Inventory Control.
8. Complete monthly store reconciliation and manage negative on-hand accurately and punctually.
9. Assist in implementing visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
10. Communicate company visual standards to the team as needed.
11. Provide support to the sales floor and assist with additional projects as directed by management.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and upkeep of the store, maintaining high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
13. Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance to ensure quality meets company standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Experience with JDA or similar systems.
3. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact regularly with internal and external individuals.
5. Capability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
6. Proven ability to drive results.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
9. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of 3 years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector is required.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 USD to $23.00 USD, depending on various factors including skills, experience, and geographic location.
