1. Oversee shipping and receiving to ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Ensure inter-store transfers are processed correctly.
3. Maintain and replace inventory levels of all store supplies.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible.
6. Check in new merchandise and organize back stock.
7. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention by partnering with management and the sales team.
8. Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
9. Support the sales floor as needed.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $21.00 USD to $23.00 USD.
