1. Oversee the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
2. Manage inter-store transfers and ensure correct processing.
3. Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and tissue paper.
4. Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
5. Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise and organizing back stock.
6. Partner with management and sales teams to manage store inventory levels through monthly cycle counts.
7. Prepare and execute inventory management in collaboration with Inventory Control.
8. Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising according to company standards.
9. Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
10. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, including fixtures, shelving, and lighting.
11. Manage maintenance and repair calls to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.

1. 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word Processing, and JDA.
2. Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team.

A minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector is required.
