- Receive, verify, label, and store all incoming merchandise.
- Organize and maintain the stock area.
- Oversee and process product transfers.
- Manage all administrative procedures related to product flow.
- Prepare and pack all products ready for shipment, handling all administrative tasks.
- Prepare returned merchandise for warehouse shipment.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and operational procedures.
- Support all omnichannel processes.
- Prepare monthly and annual stock rotations and identify discrepancies.
- Foster high levels of professionalism in communication and teamwork.
- Work seamlessly within the team, actively supporting colleagues.
- Provide excellent feedback and requested reports to management.
- Ensure the security of in-store merchandise and valuables.
- Verify compliance with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements.
- Prevent potential losses and address safety issues, escalating to management as needed.
- Implement and manage omnichannel after-sales service policies, ensuring follow-up.
- Provide continuous feedback to the Store Director/Operations Manager/Stock Manager.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the brand's image and values.
- Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
- Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills to provide superior customer and after-sales service.
- Proactive and positive team player contributing to a positive work environment and enhanced teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills for stock management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in stock management or a similar administrative role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
