- Codify components in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Create and manage orders in PLM and ESKER systems.
- Oversee the management and tracking of orders.
- Receive and inspect components, ensuring proper identification.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Gather technical information and purchasing conditions from suppliers.
- Maintain and update information systems and tools.
- Handle administrative tasks related to component management.
- Archive documents and records.
- Provide support to the purchasing department.
- University degree or fashion school background with a strong affinity for Balenciaga's universe.
- Autonomous, proactive, and meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in PLM and ESKER systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
No prior experience is required, though familiarity with fashion industry processes is beneficial.
