Balenciaga Social Relations Manager

- Provide legal advice on individual and collective labor relations, and design and conduct legal training sessions.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of HR projects, including the harmonization of social practices.
- Co-facilitate the Works Council, including the health and safety committee, prepare collective negotiations, and draft mandatory legal documentation.
- Manage social litigation in collaboration with partner law firms.
- Conduct legal monitoring on social regulation developments.
- Consolidate and update the inventory of HR policies in collaboration with all HR stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Social Law or DJCE, CAPA.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong legal advisory skills in social law.
- Excellent organizational and confidentiality skills.
- Diplomatic, adaptable, and pragmatic approach.
- Proficiency in English for communication with international stakeholders.
- Ability to apply legal knowledge to business contexts.
