1. Provide legal advice on individual and collective labor relations, and design and conduct legal training sessions.
2. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of HR projects, including the harmonization of social practices.
3. Co-facilitate the Works Council, including the health and safety committee, prepare collective negotiations, and draft mandatory legal documentation.
4. Manage social litigation in collaboration with partner law firms.
5. Conduct legal monitoring on social regulation developments.
6. Consolidate and update the inventory of HR policies in collaboration with all HR stakeholders.

1. Master's degree in Social Law or DJCE, CAPA.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources.

2. Excellent organizational and confidentiality skills.
3. Diplomatic, adaptable, and pragmatic approach.
4. Proficiency in English for communication with international stakeholders.
5. Ability to apply legal knowledge to business contexts.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on social relations and legal advisory.

Master's degree in Social Law or DJCE, CAPA.
