1. Oversee and enhance Balenciaga's presence on Chinese and APAC social media platforms including WeChat, Weibo, RED, Tmall, and LINE.
2. Develop and execute a weekly social media communication plan for top management and the artistic director.
3. Innovate and animate the Balenciaga WeChat X-In-One Miniprogram with fresh ideas.
4. Coordinate planning with local digital and merchandising teams, and support the media team in 360° operations.
5. Collaborate with the image team and manage local content creation.
6. Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify strategic market opportunities.
7. Monitor data and implement strategic improvements based on performance metrics.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion, luxury, or creative industries.
2. Strong understanding of Chinese and Asian social media platforms.
3. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
4. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to proposing innovative ideas.
